Meet the C*T CRUE

With every year that passes, CON*tourage grows in numbers and along with that, the unique group hosts better parties and killer gatherings. But it hasn’t always been that way.  Back in 2008, Mark (a.k.a. Bama Spyder – who’s known to dress as Axl Rose, Dr. Rockzo, Prince, Freddie Mercury, Alice Cooper and Angus Young) was able to snag one of the larger Hyatt suites during Dragon*Con and, through LiveJournal, made a connection with Master Andre when he was looking for others to share the suite. After Dragon*Con was over and the guys had hosted their first successful parties…CON*tourage was founded. With each party CON*tourage hosts, more people become involved and contribute their time, money and creativity — which is one of the main reasons that CON*tourage is so unique and inviting to so many different people. This group is “for the people, by the people” and wouldn’t be so solid if it weren’t for those who have since joined Bama Spyder and Master Andre and have been helping the group grow. Hosting such killer parties takes lots of time, help, money and coordination…from storing the decorations, buying the booze, transporting the supplies, booking the security, taking apart room furniture, helping with publicity and posters, giving out party passes, decorating party suites, mixing the party punch, taking & uploading photos, hooking up the audio and visual components…..and that’s just a portion of what goes into hosting CON*tourage parties THE BEST Con parties around. CON*tourage is about the costumes, the atmosphere, the parties and the PEOPLE!
